As a key part of delivering on our mission we have set out to build brand new analytics platforms both on prem and in the Microsoft Azure cloud suite. Our engineering team works closely with other teams throughout the bank in an environment characterized by initiative, collaboration, and innovation to tackle business challenges by predicting outcomes, understanding complex data relationships and constructing models that contribute to a better experience for our customers. Together we are the tech savvy engineers who enable a customer-centric way of designing and building our analytics and data platforms.
You will work in a cross-functional engineering team together with data scientists and business analysts to implement use cases identified for and by the business. You will also coach a team of various engineering roles in ML, data, DevOps and SW through leading by example. Coordinating the engineering team’s efforts in delivering superior stable data pipelines and model serving capabilities is at the core of your everyday work. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop both your technical and leadership abilities.
